Saba is a graduate of Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center (Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude) and New Jersey City University (B.S. in Computer Science).
Prior to attending law school, Saba volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Foster Children for Hudson County CASA, in Jersey City, New Jersey.
After law school, Saba clerked for the New Jersey Judiciary, Family Part (Children in Court), located in Woodbury, New Jersey.
Recently, Saba worked as an Associate Attorney with the firm of Malik & Popiel, P.C. in Nanuet, New York and counseled clients on employment based nonimmigrant matters, including H-1Bs (for specialty occupation professionals), H-4 Applications for dependents, and E-3 Visas for Australian Nationals.
